INGREDIENTS

• 50ml The Sassenach

• 10ml Apricot Liqueur
• 15ml Honey Syrup (2:1 ratio of water to honey)
• 25ml Grapefruit Zest  

RECIPE

Shake all ingredients and strain into a cocktail glass.
Squeeze a piece of grapefruit zest over the cocktail before adding into the drink as a garnish.
