The Governor’s Highball

 

INGREDIENTS

•  35ml The Sassenach

•  100ml Pineapple Soda
•  5ml of Soy Sauce
•  4ml Lactic Acid
•  5ml Agave Syrup (dark)
•  Pineapple Wedge
•  Ice

RECIPE

•  Shake all ingredients except for Pineapple Soda and garnish with ice.
•  Strain into a highball glass filled with fresh ice.
•  Top up with Pineapple Soda and gently stir.
•  Garnish with a pineapple wedge.
