The Sassenach

 

INGREDIENTS

•  50ml The Sassenach
•  15ml Honey Syrup (2:1 ratio of water to honey) 
•  25ml Mezcal
•  2 dashes Orange Bitters
•  Ice

RECIPE

•  Stir whisky and honey syrup in a separate mixing glass.
•  Add a couple dashes bitters.
•  Strain into a rocks glass pre-prepared with Mezcal over ice.
•  Add a large piece of orange zest as a garnish.
